Team Lead Planning

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning process (including inbound supply plan for imported products and master production schedule for our production and tolling sites)
• Lead, facilitate, develop, motivate and appraise the team and set SMART team and individual goals (Midyear – Appraisal)
• Manage the allocation process and escalate demand issues
• Continuous development and improvement of the planning related processes and systems
• Be the Business Process Owner for planning
• Responsible and accountable for inventory levels (DQO), product availability (OTIF) and other planning related KPI’s
• Ensure X-functional alignment with all disciplines and stakeholders to further develop and improve cooperation and business results
• Respect and contribute to the Supply Chain Blueprint

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the field of Supply Chain/Logistics Management or similar
• A minimum of 5 years Planning/Supply Chain work experience of which at least 2 years leading a team
• Speaking/reading/writing fluent English
• Profound knowledge of SCM processes (planning, inventory management, logistics, APICS is an asset)
• Experience of working with international companies engaged in export-import, trading activities and production/manufacturing
• Excellent ERP knowledge (SAP is preferred) and advanced planning tools (Anaplan is preferred) skillset
• Proven track record with process improvements in an international environment
• Knowledge of specific contract terms for Oleochemicals (FOSFA & NOFOTA) is highly desired
